I have been coming to Gozo for 20 years and have unfortunately never experienced this kind of professionality, kindness and presence in staff before now. But wow, Ferdies delivered! The food and drinks where made to perfection (they made recommendations that was perfect to our needs) , the professional staff where present and following up on everything we needed and the place and view is gorgeous (they asked if we wanted a table with a better view when a table opened up). As soon as we entered Ferdies which is close to the ferry port we knew it was a good choice. Decor is lovely with big abstract paintings. They have a bar at the top level and the main restaurant ground floor. A lovely atmosphere. The staff were so attentive and probably the best service we have experienced in Gozo. Always I hand to help before we had even asked for it, they are pro active in the service and it always felt welcoming.
My wife had pasta and I had the pulled pork pizza. Both meals were lovely. So much so we had the exact same meals the next night when we returned with more family members. They even had some live music by one of the artists which was really a lovely touch on the Friday night. A great find and we will certainly be going back.
